These Terms & Conditions of Entry relate to the Minute Maid Pulpy Be in to Win 1 of 5 Island Weekend Getaway for a family of 4 at Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa.

1. Be in to Win 1 of 5 Island Getaway for a family of 4 at Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa (the Promotion).

2. Consumer Promotion.

5. This Promotion starts at 12:00:01am on Monday, 21 September 2020 and ends at 11:59:59pm on Monday, 30 November 2020 (Promotion Period).

6. Prizes are as follows:
a. Major Prize: There are five major prizes to be won in this promotion. Each major prize includes:

i. Accommodation with Breakfast (two nights and three days) for two adults and two children (aged 12 years and under) at Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa valued at $750.00.

ii. Welcome dinner for two adults and two children (aged 12 years and below) on Friday at Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa valued at $170.00 for two adults (two children aged 12 and below eat for free).

iii. Lunch on Saturday for two adults and two children (aged 12 years and under) at Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa up to value of $40.00 per person.
iv. Dinner on Saturday for two adults and two children (aged 12 years and under) at Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa up to value of $40.00 per person.

v. Coca-Cola beverages supplied to the winners up to value of $20.00.

vi. Check-in at 2.00pm on Friday and Check-out at 10.00am on Sunday. Stays will need to be taken between 15th January 2021 and 31st March 2021 (subject to availability) (Accommodation Period).

b. The Major Prize excludes the items listed below and is therefore the responsibility of the winner:
i. Travel and transportation costs to and from Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa;

ii. All other costs and personal expenses such as shopping, additional food and beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) expenses, hotel mini bar charge and taxes;

iii. Accommodation-related charges other than the room rates such as phone calls, room service, in-room movies, laundry, mini-bar charges, loss of hotel property, damage to hotel property, or any other expenses incurred in the hotel;

iv. Accidental insurance cover;

v. Travel insurance.

c. All major prize accommodation will be in a Yanuca Lagoon Deluxe Room pre-booked in advance by the Promoter. Winners cannot request their choice of room.

d. If agreed with the Promoter and Co-Promoter, and subject to availability, winners may elect to upgrade their accommodation to include additional guests at their own cost. Two (2) bedroom bures which can accommodate 2 adults and 4 children (aged 12 years and under) or 4 adults and no children will, subject to availability, be available as an upgrade at a rate of $485 per night, to be paid by the winner to the Co-Promoter in advance of their stay. Winners acknowledge that there are limited Bures available at the Shangri-La Resort and Spa and neither the Promoter nor the Co-Promoter guarantees availability during the Accommodation Period. If availability exists and winners choose to upgrade their accommodation to include additional guests, all additional costs over and above those set out at clause 6a. above must be met by the winner.

e. Consolation Prize:

i. There are 100 (one hundred) consolation prizes of a 2.4L Minute Maid Pulpy case, valued at $48.00 each, to be won.


7. Buy any two (2) 350mL, 1L or 2.4L Minute Maid Pulpy range of products (Promotional Products) during the Promotion Period from any participating retail outlet in FIJI and either: -

a. place two lids of any of your purchased Promotional Products in an envelope, write your name, address and phone contact details, on the back of the envelope and drop it in one of the promotion entry boxes (located in any participating retail outlet as listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions), or

b. post the envelope containing your Promotional Product lids and including your name, address and phone contact details to one of Coca-Cola Amatil (FIJI) Ltd’s Offices (note that any postal entry must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period and any postal entries received after the close of the Promotion Period will automatically be declared invalid) or drop your envelope to a Coca-Cola Amatil (FIJI) Limited office during the Promotion Period (details below):

8. There will be no communication or specially marked promotion details on the front of the label or on pack printing of the Promotional Products.
9. You can enter as many times as you like provided you meet the Qualifying Entry requirements each time.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.


11. Information on How to Enter to Be in to Win 1 of 5 Perfect Island Getaway for a family of 4 at Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa form part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

12. Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions of Entry.

13. This Promotion is only open to individuals who:

a. Are 14 years at the start of the Promotion Period;

b. Are residents of Fiji at the start of the Promotion Period;

c. Are not employees of the Promoter or any of its related corporations or any of their agencies associated with this Promotion; and

d. Are not a spouse, de facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of such an employee, and anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.

(Eligible Entrant).

14. Winners may be required to show proof of age to verify eligibility. Where age dictates, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to award any Major Prize to the winner’s legal parent or guardian.
15. If you enter or attempt to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions of Entry or is fraudulent or unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices), your entry may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
16. Any attempt to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the Promotion website, or the information on the Promotion website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Entry or any other legal obligation by an Eligible Entrant, the Eligible Entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages and costs.


17. There will be 1 draw for this promotion and the draw will be conducted by Coca-Cola Amatil (Fiji) Ltd representative on Wednesday 09 December 2020 (Prize Draw). The first 5 Eligible Entrants randomly drawn from all Qualifying Entries received during the Promotion Period will win the Major Prize. An additional 100 valid entries will be randomly drawn as consolation prize winners.

18. The Prize Draw will be randomly drawn and independently supervised.

19. The Promoter will attempt to contact all winners of the Prize Draw within 10 Business Days (Monday to Friday) after the relevant Prize Draw, by the telephone number that he/she provided on entering this Promotion.

20. If the Promoter is unable to contact any winner(s) of a Prize (major or consolation) after a period of 10 Business Days (Monday to Friday) following the relevant Prize Draw, having made reasonable efforts to do so, that winner’s entry will be declared invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to randomly draw new winner(s) of that Prize from the Eligible Entrants on the same Terms and Conditions as the original draw.

21. Winners names will be published in Fiji Times & Fiji Sun within 10 Business Days of the relevant Prize Draw.
22. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect, illegible or inaccurate information submitted on the entry or for lost or misdirected entries.
23. Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

24. Winners of the Consolation Prize will have until 4:59:59pm on Friday, 08 January 2021 (Redemption Date) to visit the Coca-Cola Amatil (Fiji) Ltd office with a valid photo identification to redeem the 2.4L Minute Maid Pulpy product. Any consolation prize not redeemed before the Redemption Date will be forfeited. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
25. For winners of the Major Prize, accommodation will be provided by the Shangri-La’s Fijian Resort & Spa between 15 January 2021 and 31 March 2021 (subject to availability). No prize can be redeemed after this date (unless with the consent of the Promoter and Co-Promoter in their sole discretion), nor exchanged for cash at any time.
26. All Major Prize winners must take their prize on the same weekend unless exceptional circumstances prevent this from happening.
27. Any Prize (Major or consolation) that is not claimed as directed will be forfeited. No compensation will be payable if you are unable to claim your Prize for whatever reason. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries or communications.


29. Information regarding this promotion can be found in point of sale materials in over 3,000 outlets Fiji wide (in outlets where our products are sold) including A2 Posters, A6 Cooler Decals, A0 Banners, A5 flyers, LED screens in Suva, Nakasi and Namaka, Selected Billboards, on CFL’s radio stations, FBC’s radio stations, Fiji Times, Fiji Sun and our website www.ccamatilfiji.com.

30. If, for any reason, the administration, security, fairness, integrity, conduct or operation of this Promotion is interfered with or disrupted in any way outside the reasonable control of the Promoter (including but not limited to acts of God or acts of Government; any act of a public enemy, war, civil unrest, or act of military authority; fire, flood, earthquake, landslide, or other elements of nature; any strike, lockout or other labour dispute; any act of a third party engaged in terrorist activity or sabotage; vandalism; tampering; power failures; computer bugs or viruses; unauthorised intervention; fraud or technical failures or any pandemic) the Promoter reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
a. to disqualify any entrant or invalidate any affected entries; and/or
b. to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Promotion (including withholding and/or removing any Prize).

31. Any person suspected of cheating in the opinion of the Promoter through the manipulation of entry, creation or use of software to aid in multiple entries and otherwise fraudulently falsifying data or acting in any way fraudulent, in the opinion of the Promoter, will be removed from this Promotion and damages may be sought.

32. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late or illegible entries, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, for system failures at the handling house, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telecommunications network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any telecommunications network, or any other error or malfunction. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfill the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this Promotion, although the Promoter will always endeavor to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.

33. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.

34. Eligible Entrants personal information will be collected by or on behalf of the Promoter to enable it to administer and promote this Promotion and the winners of any competition. If the information requested is not provided, the Eligible Entrants may not participate in this Promotion. All personal information provided by the winner will be held for the Promoter at Lot 1, Ratu Dovi Road, Laucala Beach Estate, Nasinu, Fiji or such other place as is notified to the Eligible Entrant on request. The personal information of Eligible Entrants may also be provided to others (including organizations outside of Fiji) assisting in the conduct of this Promotion, including the Promotion’s administrator, agencies and event coordinators, and to authorities that regulate the Promotion. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that they provide their consent for this to occur by participating in the Promotion. Eligible Entrants have the right to access and correct their personal information. A request to access, update or correct any collected personal information should be directed to the Promoter at the contact number set out below. The Promoter will destroy all details once the Prizes have been claimed and this Promotion closes.

35. The Promoter reserves its right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Entry where reasonably required. You agree that you will be bound by such changes and that you will not hold the Promoter liable for any losses resulting from any such changes.

36. Eligible Entrants consent to the Promoter using his/her name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for the purpose of publishing the outcome of this promotion.

37. All employees of CCAF and their immediate families cannot enter this promotion as it is a direct conflict of interest. In the event that they do enter, their entries will be deemed invalid.

38. These Conditions of Entry are governed by, construed in accordance with, the laws of FIJI and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of FIJI.
